Issue with Published PRD Reports

Hi everyone,

I don't know why the reports that I do that work well on PRD, when I publish them to the server, at loading it the server always fails. At first I though it was because of the prompt issue but I deleted it and now I get an error of "Failed to load PDF document", but it also fails with all other types of representation. I don't know how to solve that, any idea?
