BI-Server Database Tables

I'm running pentaho bi-server 4.5 and it is throwing the following error in its console:

I'm looking for a listing of all the tables needed for the database schema used by the pentaho bi-server. I thought that they would be located in /data/mysql/ in the create_repository_mysql.sql file, but I did not find them there.

Is there a listing/reference for the different tables needed by the bi-server? Or is the bi-server supposed to create the appropriate tables automatically?
