Browse Files page disappears

Hi, I just started a new installation.

In catalina.out, I only see one error:
ERROR [org.pentaho.platform.web.servlet.GenericServlet]
GenericServlet.ERROR_0004 - Resource /common-ui/resources/web/jquery-pentaho-i18
n.js not found in plugin common-ui

My problem is that when the system starts up, and I navigate to "Browse Files", a blank page appears.
I do not get the ability to browse my files.
Is the two related?
Do I need to re-install something?
