CDE Plug-in

Hi,
I recently installed Pentaho BI suite CE v5.
When I try "CREATE NEW" I only see JPIVOT View.
I tried to add CDE plu-in via the Marketplace link, but get Server error.
How to down;load and add the dashboard editor manually??
