Prompt/Filter ojbects

Hello all,

We are evaluating Pentaho BA. Is it possible to build ojbects, such as a prompt or a filter, and make that object available for end users to drag-and-drop onto analyzer reports? For example, in Cognos/BO/Microstrategy, I can pre-build all the objects and make them available via the semmantic layer.
