two Pentaho 5 in the same tomcat

Hi all,
I need to install two Pentaho 5 in the same tomcat. The reason is because I need to configure each Pentaho with different datasources, because each Pentaho has a different purpose. I think I cannot give to the users different permissions to access different datasources, right?

So, my solution is to install two Pentaho 5 in the same tomcat. Duplicating the tomcat/webapps/pentaho directory with a different name is not working, because it tries to start the hsqldb database two times.

Anybody succeed or have a solution or a guide?
