Start pentaho as windows service on w2008r2

Hi All,

i'm trying to install the pentaho service.
I'm using the service.bat from tomcat\bin folder with the "Install" parameter.
If i try to install the service on windows7 it run fine, if I run it on w2008r2 i notice this error:



What i can look for?
