Manage Data Sources window problem

Hi to all,
Downloaded biserver-ce-5.2.0.0-209, on windows all the things works correctly,
but the same distribution on linux behaves a little incorrect.

Window "Manage Data Sources" does not open when it is pressed.
No errors in log-files.

Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
