Problem Connection JNDI Pentaho 5.2

Hi!,
I've a problem to create one JNDI connection to SQL Server2012 in Pentaho 5.2. I've used the same step that I've used in Pentaho 5.1, where the connection is right, but in Pentaho 5.2 I get the error_0009.
In the log file I found the error: CAN'T CREATE JDBC DRIVER..., the sqljdbc4.jar in is present in the folder \tomcat\lib. Anyone have the same problem or know how resolve him?
