bi-ce 5.3 missing installation manual for 1. steps

Hi,
we want to give pentaho a try but are stuck in the very early phase.
Platform is vm Ubuntu Desktop 14.0.4 LTS 8Gbytes Ram, 30Gytes HD and Pentaho biserver-ce-5.3.0.0-213.zip.
I unzipped the arch and started ./start_pentaho.sh. There showed up some start messages:

I see that java starts and uses a lot of cpu but nothing more happens. In the doc I've found there's mentioned that I should start the setup wizard, but I can't find the binary.

Would you mind to give me a hint where I can find a setup procedure?
