Hi all,
using windows 7 home premium OS
java version installed is jdk1.7.0_75
also set the environment variables
downloaded biserver ce 5.3 (biserver-ce-5.3.0.0-213.zip) from http://sourceforge.net/projects/pent...%20Server/5.3/
and unzipped into the folder C:\Program Files\Pentaho
typed http://localhost:8080 for user console
and gave username - admin and password - password
Throws an ERROR - Could not get user settings
and prompts again for Login credentials.
This is my personal pc and logged in as Administrator. There are no other users on my system.
What user settings do I need to do and where? Do I need to create a new user for this purpose?
Any quick help would be greatly appreciated.
[edit] I want to use postgresql database. does it come bundled with the above bi server ce 5.3 that I downloaded or do I need to explicitly download it from somewhere? [/edit]
