how will i create dashboard (Dashboard option not avialable)

Hi firends,
I have downloaded bi-server and start bi- server
but when i am trying to create dash board i never found dashboard option to create new dashboard
any buddy have any knowelege about it how will i add dashboard option in my bi-server.
