Wait with chart loading

Hi,

i made a dashboard with some chart. I have an IP parameter, what is the ip of the user.
I get it with an ajax query, but unfortunatelly the parameter get the value just after the dashboard loaded.
Is it any solution to prevent the loading until i get the ajay results?
