Unauthorized Access Error installing plugins from Marketplace

Hi all, i got an error on my pentaho CE deploy. I had set a Pentaho CE server with Active Directory authentication using my own roles definition, all working good, i can stablish permissions to the reports or cubes based on roles or users, but when i try to install a plugin from the marketplace with any account (including admins) i get this error:

Error installing
Unauthorized Access. Your Pentaho roles do not allow you to make changes to plugins.

where can change the marketplace authentication? i tryed to override permissions on <pentaho-path>/biserver-ce/pentaho-solutions/system/pentaho.xml as this:

but nothing working, can someone help me???
