How to change the loading background

Hi,

Does anyone know where does the "blue" background come from while loading a page and busy indicator message is displayed (Just a few moments please. Operation in progress..."? I suppose this is an image or color with certain transparency, because the it is not absolutely same if you change your background color in bootstrap-namespaced.css
