Unable to see "Repository Cache" inside Tools>Refresh

Hi,

I am unable to get the refresh Data cache.So if the database table has been updated or inserted.Still it will display the same old data.Only after refreshing the server the data gets updated in saiku charts.

I am not able to see "Repository Cache" inside Tools>Refresh>

I am using Penatho BI 5.2 CE version.Any changes which i need to perform ..Please help
