Refresh cube automatically or via webservices.

Hello,

We have a DB and a mondrian xml cube over it. We are able to query via JPivot and the Saiku plugin just fine. However, when we load new data into the DB, we have to refresh everything trough the tools. My question is to how to do this automatically. Is there anyway to do this? After some research I see that there is a webservice called SystemRefreshResource that my help.

Can anyone give me a specific example of how to use this? Like a URL to call? I can't seem to find any documentation on the webservices. Can someone point me in the correct direction please?
