Pentaho BI Export Import Issue

Hi,

I am Using Export Import utility to export Pentaho BI from window , When I am using Chinese language and I export that file, file name changed to arbitrary characters or in chinese . Also name is showing in chinese characters in exportManifest.xml.
when I import again that file will display in English language and normal.

Please help me what to do ?? is there is encoding issue ?
