UnifiedRepositoryException exception

All of a sudden i am getting this error when i click on Browse Files . Nothing happens and keep seeing the error

Using 5.4.0.1.130 With MySQL . I have a demo tomorrow and stuck with this error .

Any help is much appreciated !
