User password reset with empty automatically

Dear all,

I have face an unexpected behavior with Pentaho user management console that is sometime many of users lost their password. After more dig down I found that users password was reset with empty automatically.

I have used the version 5.2(EE) near about a year and did not found this type of problem until create more then 300 user in Pentaho BI server. I think it is related to amount of user I have created in the server.

Do you have any suggestion to resolve this problem.
