Change Login Page in Pentaho dashboard

Dear All Pentaho Master!

Hallo... Im newbie in Pentaho and now interest to pentaho dashboard. Im using BI Server 6 (CE).
i have some question.
1. May I change the login page design?
2. May I go directly to my dashboard page untill login? (No need to klik browse files and bla bla bla...)
3. May I move the menu on the top of page? or modification the menu?
