Pentaho BI server CE license

Hi all!!

I need to know the license of the pentaho BI server community edition. I think the license is GPL, but can someone confirm it or correct it?

Can I use the Pentaho BI server Community Edition with my commercial close software without change my commercial license? I want to access to my dashboards, on top of the Pentaho Business Intelligence server, from my commercial software (linking from my web application).
