how to implement Control base Queuing mechanism in BI-Server 5.x.x or latest

I'm using Pentaho BI-Server ce-6.0.0.0-353.
in that, I want to implement Queuing Mechanism for execution of reports.
Reports will execute when the resources are free on Database Server

Can anyone tell me is it possible in Pentaho :confused: or need to use other tool for the same:rolleyes:??
