Cannot print Pentaho cube view into MS Excel

Hello all,

I'm a new comer in Pentaho BI, using Pentaho BI suite biserver-ce-4.8.0-stable on MS Windows.
I'm facing a issue since many weeks.
Cannot print any cube view into MS Excel, even when I'm using demo items with Hibernate repository.
Is there some necessary setting to be able to print analysis vew?
