Market Place is empty on server in BI server ce 4.8

Hello,

I'm using bi server 4.8 stable on windows xp,my problem is that when i'm trying to download CDE,CDF and CDA from marketplace available in server the page is empty(not getting populated with plug-ins that need to be installed).I'm attaching the screenshot of it PFA and help me.
