CE 5.0.1 doesn't start. Where Can I find logs??

I tried to run BI CE 5.0.1 on my Win 2003 R2 64bit server.
It doesn't start and I don't know where can I find logs to verify what's wrong and why it doesn't start.
Can anyone tell me where can I find logs in CE 5.0.1?
