I cannot create a interactive report

I'm newbie. Sorry for asking simple questions....
- Downloaded biserver-ce-5.0.1-stable. Started pentaho.bat. Logged in on localhost.
- Downloaded pentaho_5_0_doc_archive and started reading getting_started_with_pdi.pdf.

I cannot create a interactive report:
- From the User Console Home page, click Create New, then choose Interactive Report.
>> the option to choose Interactive Report is missing

BTW: also missing options to choose to create an Analysis Report or Dashboard

Do i have to download all seperate stable versions? How do they integrate?.
