BI Server 5.01 Install

I'm having trouble with the install of my bi server 5.0.1. I have installed several previous versions of Pentaho but this seems to be giving me an error.

I see a SEVERE: Error listenerStart error in the logs and not sure if that's JDBC stopping and there's a different error or if there's something wrong with my JDBC.

I downloaded and updated my JDBC driver.

I updated my tomcat-users.xml and web.xml files with "manager-gui, admin-gui" and security role scripts, respectively.

I've attached my catalina, pentaho and localhost log files and my web.xml and tomcat-users.xml.

Some of the names and passwords in the files have been removed but everything else is the same.

Please let me know what I need to change to get the BI Server up and running.
