PRPT examples and publish reports not running on bi 4.8 CE

Hi,

I've just download fresh version of 4.8 bi server CE biserver-ce-4.8.0-stable.tar.gz

I was able login to user console and run couple of samples,
when I tried to run PRPT examples I've got a following error in catalina.out

16:01:33,228 ERROR [GenericServlet] GenericServlet.ERROR_0004 - Resource /common-ui/resources/web/formatter/114E94CFDDC48C23C10E8965463D1574.cache.html not found in plugin common-ui

Looks like some examples/files are missing

does somebody has any suggestions ?
