Change the Host IP for the Administration Console in 4.8

Hi,

I have a problem accessing the PAC 4.8 from outside the server it is running on. The interface that is automatically set according to the log is 192.168.0.2:8099, but this is not correct, and I need to change it.

Any suggestions? Thank you!
