An error occured processing license file ---> could not install

Hello:

I am doing a Archive Install of Pentaho 5.0.6 on Centos 6.5 and I am attempting to install the Licenses which causes an error. Previous install steps all worked ok.

I'm following section 3.7 from InfoCenter, subsection "Install BA Server License Keys".

I have the license keys on the machine and I attempt to install the license file(s) with the command below:
Note: I tried several file locations with the same result. Also the license files had spaces in the name, which I escaped with \ before the spaces, but I get the same result as below.
The test below I renamed the license file changing the spaces to underscores, but the same result.

Any Ideas?
