Login Error Pentaho User Console

Hi,
I've created two rules (RULE1 and RULE2) and two users (USER1 and USER2) with Pentaho Administration Console and I've assigned the USER1 to the ROLE1 and the USER2 to the RULE2. I can't login with this two users at Pentaho User Console.

Can anyone help me? Is not enough to set roles and users using the PAC? Is there some configuration file to be modified?
