Pentaho CE 5.2 website HTTP Status 404 ERROR

Pentaho CE 5.2
JDK 7

I setup PENTAHO_JAVA_HOME , and then modified some xml files to replace the repository database to Oracle 11g , but I'm not sure that I modified them correctly .
I run start-pentaho.bat , and then tomcat launched . When I open the website http://localhost:8081/pentaho , it occurred HTTP Status 404 error .
There are 3 logs under biserver-ce/tomcat/logs .

Attached are the log files.

Could anyone help me and give me some instructions , this is the 1st time for me to use Pentaho , I'm confused .
