Problem Installing Pentaho CE - failed to start! no log files!

Hi everybody, I have no luck installing Pentaho CE, this is my first time, I search some websites and this forum to see if anybody has my problem, my java paths looks correct, also the java sdk, the environment variables (%pentaho_java_home%) , something happens cos the server looks that is not starting, also there is no log files inside tomcat/logs.

I would appreciate any help on this, to try to solve my problem, maybe is a little thing Im missing!
