Starting pentaho CE 5.4.0.1-130

I just downloaded pentaho CE 5.4.0.1-130 and when trying to start a new instance I got errors detailed below. I work with pentaho 5.4.... (do not remember the revision number but it was the previous to this one) and I have no problems at all. I am using the same server: Centos 7.1, Oracle java 1.7.0.80, with enough memory and hard disk space. Yes, I did stop my running version of pentaho 5.4 and I am sure that all related ports are free. I did not find any clue in the internet for this version.
