Sorry if this is a newbi question or if it has been discussed in other threads that I have not seen - I am new to both Pentaho and this forum...
I am considering to use Pentaho to work with a large MySQL database. Many operations would for efficiency need to be performed by stored procedures returning one or ideally more than one result set. I have been "googling" this and found various more or less old posts and manual sections etc with different information about if this is possible or not to call and retrieve result sets specifically from MySQL or with what limitations etc?
Could anybody give a good and simple explanation where this stands today - is it fully supported or are there still limitations?
