Parameter parsing error while opening a report

I have a problem opening a report having cascading parameters for the first time in PUC. If I open the second time it runs fine from then. Could some one help me with this.


Here is the error form error log file.

ParentException:
java.sql.SQLException: Statement is unsupported while there is a cursor open on a Vectorwise table.
