Error parsing parameter information error when I run a report

When I run the report with cascading parameters for the 1st time I get an error "Error parsing parameter information". When I run it 2nd time it runs fine from then.

Here is the error msg from the error log file.

ParentException:
java.sql.SQLException: Statement is unsupported while there is a cursor open on a Vectorwise table.

Could any one please help me with this. Thanks.
